Printing mini-Spikes 3D for children in schools

These days we are printing 3D mini-Spikes that will be embedded in pots in primary schools, so that younger children can understand the role of sensors in plants. These miniatures will be used to motivate workshops in which children will explore how IoT technology can measure soil parameters (moisture and temperature on earth) and environmental parameters (air quality, light, humidity and temperature). These mini-Spikes will allow students to touch and identify where each sensor should be placed and how their measurements can be used to improve the well-being of plants and people.
