Next October 15 at 11:00, the E3 multiplier event of the TEASPILS project is organised. The event is entitled "Naturalising learning spaces: challenges and lessons learned with IoT technology" and its objective is plant-supported learning and digital skills.
The event will be held face-to-face in the emblematic Real Jardín Botánico de Madrid - CSIC. Relevant speakers will present their initiative projects in the improvement of learning spaces using plants and IoT technology:
The first to intervene will be Bernardo Tabuenca and Edmundo Tovar. They will present the objectives and evolution of the TEASPILS project. Their presentation will be entitled "Teaching environmental awareness in learning spaces with smart IoT planters."
Then it will be the turn of Carlos Gilarranz Casado, President of the Official College of Agricultural Technical Engineers of the Center, and Mariano Sanchez Head of the Gardening and Arboriculture Unit of the Real Jardín Botánico de Madrid.
After them, we will hear Yago Torroja speaking about "Initiatives to improve the environmental quality of the ETSI Industriales classrooms".
Finally, Juan Antonio Rodríguez Rama will have the floor to present his presentation on "IoT as a digitalisation vector for SmartUniversity to generate healthier and more resilient spaces."
